These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement for use of the ak 22 platform. By registering or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all terms herein.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Account Security

Ak 22 will never ask for your password by email or phone. Anyone requesting your password is attempting fraud — report it to us immediately.
3 Deposit & Payment Policy
Deposits on ak 22 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method.

4 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawing your winnings from ak 22 is a straightforward and transparent process. However, certain conditions must be met as required for security purposes.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The daily withdrawal limit is ৳ 1,00,000 and the weekly limit is ৳ 5,00,000.
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals.
In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, all large transactions are automatically monitored. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Ak 22 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify. To withdraw the bonus, the total (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 20 times.
General Bonus Terms
- Each member may claim a bonus from each promotion only once.
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- Bonus bets count as 100% on all slots games and 20% on Live Casino games.
- A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
- The maximum bet from bonus balance is ৳500.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account may be suspended.
6 Betting Rules
All members must follow certain fundamental rules when betting on ak 22. These rules apply equally to everyone.
- Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature applies).
- ak 22 reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
- If an event in Sports Betting is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Bets suspected of match fixing or manipulation will be investigated and voided if necessary.
- Arbitrage betting (placing opposing bets on the same match) is prohibited.
- Any winnings resulting from bets placed by exploiting system bugs or errors will be considered void.
Special Rules for Live Betting
Ak 22 is not liable for any disconnection or technical issues during live betting. Live odds are subject to change at any time. Always check the latest odds before your bet is confirmed.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak 22. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and possible forfeiture of your balance.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
- Abuse of the bonus system or fraudulent bonus claims.
- Use of hacking tools, viruses, or malicious software.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Threatening or harassing platform staff.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
8 Account Suspension & Termination
Ak 22 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances.
- If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
- If false information is found during KYC verification.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- As required by a court order or regulatory authority.
- When a member submits a self-exclusion request.
Upon account termination, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.
9 Responsible Gaming Policy
Ak 22 believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We care about the wellbeing of every member and treat responsible gaming as our highest priority.
- Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Setting session time limits can help you avoid excessive gaming.
- A cooling-off period (from 24 hours up to 6 months) is available upon request.

10 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
- Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident.

- If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, it will be escalated to senior management.

11 Changes to Terms

- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
